The Sr.
Operations Specialist role is based in Birmingham, AL.
WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO:
Support operational goals relation to production volumes, scheduling, quality standards, and material usage.
Daily monitoring or operational KPIs and create analysis reports for Operations team.
Coordinate with Sales, QC and Dispatch teams to improve customer digital experience.
Manage Fleet and Pool Vehicle program.
Assist the Accounts Payable and HR team with special projects.
Manage employee recognition program and employee events.
Sign off on weekly payroll in Krono's for AL locations.
Maintain attendance for all hourly employees in accordance with company attendance policy.
Update and maintain JJ Keller database in accordance with DOT guidelines.
Maintain driver DOT medical card renewal and scheduling.
Handle driver DOT employment verifications.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
High school diploma or GED required Previous experience in a ready-mix environment preferred Post-secondary education preferred but not required Excellent communication and organizational skills Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office WE OFFER:
