com Signature Homes is currently seeking a Customer Experience Specialist in our Birmingham, AL market.
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will work closely with a Designer to assist in various aspects of the design and home building process, including design appointments, maintaining design center, providing world class customer service to homeowners, and visiting homes under construction.
You will also be a part of a team environment as a member of one of our construction site communities.

We have fun! Customer Experience Specialist
Responsibilities:
-Conduct regular site visits to inspect homes under construction in the community to check installations for quality and correctness as well as capture progress pictures.
-Maintain and organize material samples and displays to ensure a well-organized and aesthetically pleasing Design center.
-Upload progress pictures to the Cluster app, keeping it updated with the latest information.
-Assist the designer in processing paperwork, delivering homeowner gifts and appointments as needed.
- Observe and assist the Designer during homeowner design appointments, providing support as needed.
-Take notes during team meetings and huddles.
Qualifications:
-High School diploma- Strong interpersonal skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills-Prior customer service experience highly preferredThe ideal candidate should be able to focus on multiple tasks but also have the attention to detail to ensure they are items all done correctly.
The person in this role should be outgoing and a customer-focused team member that thrives in establishing strong relationships with homeowners during the construction journey.
